This is a long overdue 5-star review for James, Rick, Rey, and Brandon of Clarksville Heating & Air. Our old gas furnace needed urgent replacement. Clarksville was the second HVAC provider we contacted; they matched the quote we had from a previous offer and offered financing terms that worked for us. Brandon provided us with in-depth information on the available options, explaining technical details and trade-offs, promptly replying to our many questions, both over the phone and email. Everything was very helpful and stress-free. In the end we decided to replace both the furnace and the AC (both were 30+ years old). The units were installed 2 weeks later. We are especially grateful to the installation crew. Our furnace is located right next to a thin wall which separates the mechanical room from our home office. I wanted to insulate that wall, but accessing it is possible only when the furnace is removed. I asked if the installation team would be willing to let me do that once they have removed the unit. I am sure this was less than ideal for them, but they were very accommodating, exceedingly helpful, polite and courteous. I can't say how grateful I am. The installation was flawless; they were very thorough, careful, very meticulous and precise. James, Rick, and Rey - thank you so much! It's been 2 months and everything works great. We are very happy with the quality of service we received, from start to finish. We highly recommend Clarksville Heating & Air and are looking forward to working with them for years to come.

I was able to get an appointment two days after calling which is great as one of my units was vibrating and making noises that didn’t seem normal. The technician, Haddon, showed up right on time. He was very thorough in the work on both of the units, made suggestions for each system, and spent the time with me to ensure I understood each one without any sales pressure, just very matter of fact. Because of a first very positive experience with this company, I’m going to get some further work/upgrades done on both of my units and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great company.

Grant completely resolved my furnace start up issue. He was easy to talk with and ensured I understood what was happening with my furnace! I highly recommend him for any of your heating and cooling issues. He also explained why a google nest thermostat is not recommended for my carrier heating and cooling system.

Highly recommend! They were able to come out same day and diagnose the problem to order the parts to come back to fully fix our unit. After arrival I showed Richard around and once he knew where he had to work he immediately got to work. After several hours, the work was complete, I could finally feel the refreshing cool air from my brand new air conditioning that Richard and his team installed. Edit: 6 month maintenance check. Service technician, Grant, arrived in a timely manner. After I showed him the areas he needed to check, he immediately went to work. He made sure my unit was still running as efficiently as the day it was installed. He even gave me few friendly tips and recommendations to help the unit run smoothly and to help the air quality of my home (things I have already considered before).

Great service, Haddon was very helpful and thorough with the fall maintenance on the heating system. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile. For example, there was a musty smell in the basement that I was worried was coming from the vent, and he tested the humidity in the room and helped me figure out what was causing it. I learned some great HVAC maintenance tips from him as well. Thanks, Haddon and Clarksville Heating & Air!

Haddon/Hadden (sp?) did the fall maintenance on my furnace, and he has gone well above and beyond on this project. There was a problem with noise when the furnace started up. He ordered a new part to correct the problem, and returned to install it. There was still an odd noise with the new part, so he investigated the cause and found a creative solution. He was very thorough, and his analytical skills are first rate. He figured out what needed to be done, and his solution did the trick. Haddon/Hadden is definitely an asset to Clarksville Heating and Air!
