Clarksville Heating and Air. did an outstanding job installing a new home air conditioner. All the workers were very professional and knew their job. I was very impressed on how they covered the wood floors and rugs with a special plastic and how they cleaned up after the units were installed. Good service technician and good price.

In short, we do not recommend Clarksville Heating due to the poor service a technician provided by (1) arriving 1.5 hours outside the service window, and (2) failing to take the time to diagnose the root cause of an issue with our heat pump, which periodically failed. We called Clarksville Heating to help us address a recurring problem related to our heat pump. The heat pump stopped working three times within the span of a few months and kept blowing a fuse in the air handler. We were hoping that Clarksville Heating would be able to identify the root cause of the issue and diagnose the reason for the heat pump’s failure. The Clarksville Heating technician arrived 1.5 hours after the arrival window and Clarksville Heating did not contact us first to provide an ETA. After patiently waiting, we had to call them to receive an updated ETA. After the technician arrived, we explained the history of the heat pump's failure and that we were looking for a root cause of the heat pump failure. After doing his work, the technician said that he could not find a short. He charged $400 for the appointment, which included replacing the blown fuse. The fuse then blew again four hours later. He did not take the time to diagnose the underlying cause of the blown fuse, which is the entire purpose of the call, and something that any HVAC professional should do. We do not recommend Clarksville Heating unless or until they can provide a technician who will take the time to adequately identify the root cause of the issue. We will update the review if/when they resolve our problem.

We recently had a new AC/heating unit installed by Rey, James, and Gerardo. They arrived promptly. They were all personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They took time to show and explain the new system to us. I felt very comfortable having them in our home. I would recommend their services. They forgot one of their temperature monitors here. I only mention this to say when Rey came back for it a couple days later, he took the time to ask how the unit was doing, to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. This showed me that he cared. Great customer service. Thank you.

Andrew of Clarksville Heating & Air was excellent. There was a delay in receiving the part for my AC unit such that he couldn't show up during the scheduled time, but he communicated well about that. And, I was able to accommodate the later arrival, so it was fine. He was friendly and courteous. Will use Clarksville Heating & Air again.

My space for the a/c unit is very tight. Richard had to do modification of the drywall to put the unit in. He carefully remove exactly what was needed and everything was done perfect. He also answered all my questions. He was very professional and highly recommended.
