Our AC unit decided to stop working without notice. We called Clarksville Heating & Air since we used them in the past. Our service rep Melanie arrived on time and got right to work. She was respectful of our property, wearing shoe proctors when she came inside after walking in the wet yard.
Melanie took her time as she reviewed her detailed inspection. We appreciated the knowledge she shared. After the inspection Melanie gave us our options so we felt we could make an informed decision.

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, performed tasks that were required but not originally identified, were neat and cleaned up. We had an appointment for repairs within a week of the diagnosis. All work was completed to estimate. Great crew, experienced and professional. We’ve been customers for years for good reason!

Clarksville Heating & Air came out to my home today and repaired a heat pump unit we had newly installed less than 3 yrs ago by another company (with whom we were very dissatisfied).
Grant & Melanie showed up as a team and got to work immediately, in the pouring rain. They were both very pleasant and professional. They repaired our unit at the price previously given as an estimate. I feel confident that the work was done properly and I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Will came out to check our compressor after it was banged up by a falling tree branch. He did a great job assessing the issue and taking photographs. We'll get a quote on the panel replacements and see if we want to file an insurance claim or not. Will also did some troubleshooting and problem solving about why one side of the house is always cooler than the other side. Great job! Prompt, friendly, trustworthy, and competent. 😉

Grant installed air purifier today and did a great job. He arrived on time and explained everything about the unit. Wonderful customer service and he was very knowledgeable about the issue at hand. Very pleased with his work.

Grant was very professional. He found and fixed a problem none of the other techs were able to find. Our new (less than a year old) furnace and AC was constantly switching to radiant heat coils when it was heating or air conditioning, causing extremely higher electric bills. He replaced the coils and relays that were causing the problem. As a result we feel very confident the problem has been solved properly.
